7. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating and providing the Service.
8. Subscription and Payments
Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. Payment terms, pricing, and cancellation policies are provided at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VERIFIED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
